Nourishment is not a static goal, it’s a living checkpoint that helps create clarity and direction.

Step One: Are you caught up in anything that’s throwing you off track?
Step Two: For the next three days ask yourself before making any commitments to yourself or others, does this nourish me?
(food, exercise, social gatherings, bed time, travel, business opportunities etc)
Step Three: Check in with how you feel.
Step Four: Repeat!
